Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Replenishing Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 small taco shells or tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium heat.
