Low Sodium Beef Stir-Fry Recipe with Symphony Seasonings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Symphony Seasonings Replenishing Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup water or beef broth
  • Cooked brown rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the beef: In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, rice vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the vegetables: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the beef: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Combine and finish: Return the vegetables to the skillet with the beef. Add 1 tsp Symphony Seasonings Replenishing Salt and 1/4 cup water or broth. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve: Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice.
