Low Sodium Beef Stir-Fry Recipe with Symphony Seasonings

Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Symphony Seasonings Replenishing Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup water or beef broth
- Cooked brown rice, for serving
Instructions:
- Prepare the beef: In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, rice vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cook the vegetables: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the beef: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Combine and finish: Return the vegetables to the skillet with the beef. Add 1 tsp Symphony Seasonings Replenishing Salt and 1/4 cup water or broth. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve: Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice.
