These salmon croquettes are a delicious and nutritious meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights or a weekend brunch. Using Symphony Seasonings Replenishing Salt this recipe delivers all the flavor of classic croquettes with less sodium and a boost of essential minerals like potassium and magnesium.

Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 oz) of salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (optional for a bit of crunch)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
- 1 large egg, beaten
-
1/4 tsp Symphony Seasonings Replenishing Salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil for frying
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, onion, bell pepper, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, and seasonings (including Symphony Seasonings Replenishing Salt). Mix until everything is evenly incorporated, but don’t overmix.
Divide the mixture into 6–8 portions and shape each into a patty. Lightly coat each patty in breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the croquettes for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve hot with a side of lemon wedges, a dollop of Greek yogurt, or a tangy dipping sauce.
