These salmon croquettes are a delicious and nutritious meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights or a weekend brunch. Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) of salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1 large egg, beaten
