Recipe Note
Recipe Notes:
The Symphony Seasonings Replenishing Salt adds a perfect balance of seasoning to both the shrimp and sauce
For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese rather than pre-grated
If sauce becomes too thick upon standing, thin with additional reserved pasta water Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days
Pro Tips:
Make sure your shrimp are completely dry before seasoning to ensure proper searing
Don't overcook the shrimp - they should be just pink and opaque
Bring cream to room temperature before adding to prevent sauce from breaking
Reserve extra pasta water - you may need it to adjust sauce consistency
